We hope everybody is ready for the tournament, check if your names are spelled right and if you cannot make to the tournament this Sunday inform us as soon as possible. Those who didn’t PayPal us
yet don’t forget the cash. And remember the food, we become very mean if we're hungry!

- If you can't make it to the tournament contact us as soon as possible
- PayPal: If you are on the list and want to play on 07.12. please send 10€ per person (20€ as a team) togather with your names and "MX-T" in description to following email: sylfir(at)hotmail.com with friends&family option (replace "(at)" with @, name is Lilli W.) until end of Sunday 30.11.

Update 1 (25.11.)
The tournament is coming closer and as usual we have many people who want to join. We will do more updates in the next few days, including the official participants list, but for now we ask
everybody who changed their minds (for whatever reason) and is not able to play on 07.12. to contact us. We also have several male players searching for a female partner so if one of you ladies
didn’t manage to find a badminton partner, this is your chance! Just contact us.

About the Mixed-Level Tournament
Each team pairs one intermediate player with one beginner in Mixed Doubles.
This format encourages learning on the court, improving skills, and fostering teamwork, while making the matches fun and inclusive for all levels.

🏆 Tournament Mode
- Team tournament – only Mixed Doubles
- Played in a fair way: no knockout rounds. All teams will play at least 5 matches

🍱 Before the Tournament
- Bringing homemade or store-bought food is a VfB Kiefholz tradition we proudly maintain
- A great opportunity to enjoy meals from different cultures together – tasty and fun!

🎒 At the Tournament
- Only proper indoor shoes are allowed inside the gym
- Food tables will be provided; please label all food with ingredients (important for allergy sufferers and vegetarians)
- Tournament fee: €10 per person, payable in cash or via PayPal (prefered) to the organizers
- Quick warm-ups before matches are allowed, but please keep it short so the schedule runs on time

- If you have some time, please help us with cleaning and packing up equipment. Your support is highly appreciated!

- No regular league players are allowed
- Important: Members who participated in the most recent Henrik Cup, even if they are not league players, are not eligible to join this tournament. This ensures the tournament remains fair and beginner-friendly
